EEC Advance

EEC Advance EEC Advance is a student run society based within the Coventry University EEC faculty.

EECA is a student led society which aims to provide EEC students with small grants to subsidise extracurricular activities which further students learning experience past the classroom. The aim of EECA is to provide EEC students with grants to help contribute towards extracurricular activities with the aim of furthering students learning experience past the classroom. Don't forget, if you have any course-related trips this summer, you can still fill in an application for a grant from EEC Advance, provided that you are an enrolled student next academic year. Just send us the application and it will be processed in the 2018-2019 academic year. Have a wonderful summer holiday!

Here's how Barrie thought of his trip to Denmark in January, sounds like he had loads of fun!

"Working in groups with students from other countries meant there were some communication difficulties at times and that people often had different ways of working. It provided us all with a different way of approaching issues, and meant we all
developed team-working skills throughout the week."

If you're participating in any trips abroad, events or even any conferences relevant to your course, then you may be eligible for a grant. This grant aims to help cover costs such as transport, accommodation and even flight tickets.
