A positive morning speaking and taking part in Q&As with Year 5 students at Stanton Bridge Primary for their Careers Day.

Thank you for the invite, Umar, and for allowing me to give an insight into how my martial arts journey — from training at a young age, to fighting professionally — opened many paths for me in coaching, teaching, travelling, and now running our own academies and events 🙏🏼

It was great to revisit memory lane and pass on stories and advice to the next generation. It was also inspiring to hear the students share their own dream careers and what they hope to become in the years to come.

Always pursue what you believe in, wherever it may lead you. If you have a strong passion for something, nothing should stop you.

🔺 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR THE TEAM! 🔺

On Saturday, Mason and Irma represented the team on the main card at Enigma Fight Night in Preston. A massive thank you to Josh Hill for having us on such a fantastic event 🙏🏼

Mason was involved in a highly technical bout, showing great skill and determination throughout. Although we didn’t get the result, there were plenty of lessons to take away, and we’ll come back stronger 🙌🏼

Irma stepped up against a very experienced opponent in what was a huge challenge. For someone who has only been competing for just over 12 months, she showed incredible heart, courage, and determination. The referee even commented afterwards that another 20 seconds in Round 2 and the fight may have been stopped due to Irma’s relentless pressure and hands. A huge learning experience and one we are incredibly proud of 👏

A special thank you to Melissa, who despite being just 7 days away from her own UFC fight, gave up her time to help prepare and corner Irma throughout the day. Your support and commitment to the team never go unnoticed 🙏🏼

Today, we headed to Garby’s Gym in Sandwell for a Muay Thai Interclub, where Olaf, Dylan, Karan, Jiya, Ruben, and Jai all stepped up and performed brilliantly. Well done team! 🙏🏼

A huge well done to Coach Ajay, Dalpreet, Elliot, Bernardo, Mario, Lewis, Tommy, Seb, Alfie, Joseph, and Chris, who collectively brought home an incredible 7 Gold 🥇 and 8 Silver 🥈 medals 👏👏👏

This weekend perfectly sums up what martial arts is all about: challenging ourselves, gaining experience, testing our skills, and continuing to grow.

We either win or we learn — but we never stop progressing. 🙏🏼

A huge thank you to Coach Dan, Zishan, Ajay, and Melissa for giving up their weekend to support, corner, and guide our athletes every step of the way 🙌🏼

And finally, thank you to everyone who bought tickets, travelled to support us, cheered from the sidelines, and to all of our parents for their continued belief and support. We couldn’t do it without you ❤️
