Students have been learning about morality and have written their own moral stories. Mr Moroney was called in to be an independent judge. 50 positive points were at stake.
The winner was Dirtheen for her excellent story about being a good person, not for a reward.

U12 West Midlands Cup Champions ⚽️🏆⚽️🏆

The Year 7 girls' football team travelled to Castle Vale Stadium last week to compete in the West Midlands Cup Final against Arden school.

It was a close first half with chances from both schools, but towards the end, Arden scored 2 goals, and we were 2-0 down at half-time. After a team talk at half-time the girls showed great determination going into the second half.

After about five minutes, Michelle scored from the
halfway line, making it 2-1, and then the same
happened with Sayla equalising. Ten minutes before full-
The time we had an indirect free kick, Sayla and Hali, with
a team effort, to make it 3-2. Another goal came before half
time from Hali, making the final score 4-2.

The girls have played some great football this season and
have worked really well as a team. They should all be
very proud.

West Midlands U14 Boys Cup Final ⚽️🏆⚽️🏆

Year 9 played in the West Midlands U14 Boys Cup Final on Thursday, 30th April at Boldmere St Michaels against Earls High School.

The team had progressed to the finals with wins against Sandwell Academy, Stoke Park, Our Lady and St Chad's, and Aldridge.

We got off to a great start and took the lead from a 25 yard rocket into the top corner from Aytuk. As we controlled the game, we doubled the lead just before half-time with a great team move finished off by Junior.

The second half kicked off, and immediately Junior forced Earl's Highs' keeper into a great save, which seemed to galvanise his team as they quickly scored twice to tie the game. President Kennedy then showed great resilience and skill to regain control of the game and had several chances before Junior was fouled in the box, giving Rohan the chance to score. Rohan showed great composure to power the ball into the net, and the rest of the team defended with gritted determination for the final ten minutes to run out 3-2 winners and put their name in President Kennedy School's history by becoming West Midlands champions.

Congratulations to all of the team who have only lost one game all year, and that was on penalties.

Parent Carer Support Circle – a space to connect and feel less alone

If things have been feeling more challenging lately, you’re not alone.

This small, supportive group offers a space to talk openly, feel understood, and connect with other parents who "get it" - many of us have neurodivergent children or those with additional needs, but all are welcome.

It’s a guided, supportive space where we think things through together—so you can leave feeling clearer and with some practical ideas to take away.

We’re pleased to see numbers building for this group, with parents booking from across Coventry. If you've been thinking about coming along, we'd love to welcome you.
