New aircraft. New locations. New airline partnerships. Now we're building the MEIR team to match.

Aeros is the UK's largest modular ATO and we're in the middle of the biggest period of growth in our 40-year history. Expansion on that scale rests on the instructors doing the training, so we're investing in the MEIR team alongside the fleet.

What you get:
✈️ A dedicated home base with the option to instruct across our UK sites, flexible rostering, continuous development in technical and KSA coaching, and a clear route into senior management roles as we grow.
✈️£55,000 starting salary, expected £75,000 with uncapped bonus plus incentive package, enhanced pension, loss of licence insurance, company-paid medicals.

Jet2NextGen, Future Pilot Talent Programme: are you ready to put yourself forward?

Applications are now open for the Jet2NextGen, giving aspiring commercial pilots the opportunity to take the next step towards an airline career.

The programme is open to eligible pilots training across the industry – and we’re encouraging Aeros students who meet the criteria to take a serious look at the opportunity.

But for us, airline readiness starts long before an application form. Throughout training, we look beyond simply passing skills tests and completing licences. Our ongoing student monitoring considers the wider picture: technical performance, consistency, professionalism, communication, decision-making, resilience and engagement with training.

It means we can have meaningful conversations with students about where they are performing strongly, where development is still needed, and – importantly – when they are genuinely ready to put themselves forward for opportunities like this.

Because getting you qualified is one part of our job. Helping you become employable is another.
