Karate Kids Grading July 2026. They were fanastics.

Little Dragons Grading July 2026. They did really well.

We will be training tomorrow, only at a much slower pace and make sure you bring plenty of water. I will get all the windows and the fire escape open. With the fan on it should gives us a nice breeze.

Due to something called football, tonights training is cancelled. See you next week. Next gradings are on the 15th and 17th.

Due to extreme weather, I have decided to cancel tomorrow nights sessions. I think it would be totally irresponsible to train. Sorry folks, see you next week.

Advance warning, there will be no training on the 26th, we are going to scatter Sensei Barry's ashes.

Hi folks, next week is "bring a friend week". If that friend then decides to sign up, you will get a free month of training.
