There’s no pressure to join in. Members can sit with the group or have their own table and enjoy something they love.

Sometimes you don’t need lots of support. You might be quite independent, have a mild learning difficulty, or have recently been diagnosed with autism.

But making friends and finding somewhere you feel comfortable can still be difficult.
