It's with a heavy heart to announce the loss of our friend and mentor Hanshi Barry Tatlow 9th Dan. A friend of the club since the early '70s and a mentor to everyone who trained with Barry. Our thoughts of course are with our brothers at Phoenix Karate we're always here for you.

Tai Si-Gung Bob Jones is holding a 1 day Knife defence course at the Massey Ferguson Social Club On September 15th 2024 10am - 16:30pm

Adults only
£20 per person

Please bring soft footwear & jogging bottoms and plain t shirt if you have no suitable training attire

Sundays training: last day 17/12 11:30 - 13:00 returning 07/01.

Mondays training: 'pillows of death' end of year tournament Mon 18/12 normal time open to everyone, Bring your own pillows! Returning mon 08/01.
