Music Theatre Warwick

Our last part of the annual recap, but definitely the most exciting - Term 3 was PACKED! We started the term off with our wonderful Studio show, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee! (P.S. Still not over the I Love You Song). Stagefest was filled with incredible shows, Dear Diary and You are a Toy were big hits!! We also had handover circle to welcome our new exec which was too much fun! Drama Ball and The Gilbert’s were both incredible ways to end off the year and look back at what we’ve experienced this year! Over the summer, The Improv Musical returned for their 10th year at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival - how exciting!!

Part two of our annual recap is here! We had an incredible amount of Improv shows with our Campus troupe during Term 2! We also saw the first ever ‘Week Where it Happens’ show, Barely Poppins! We had some greatly talented industry professionals come onto campus specifically to lead a workshop for us. We could never forget our fantastic Theatre show Anything Goes!! We went off to Belfast and saw some incredible sights, and of course, had so much fun at circle!

Before we begin another very exciting year of MTW, it’s time for our annual recap where we look back at the past year! We started off welcoming our new exec as they led incredible Freshers Week activities, which took us right into this year’s weekend show ‘Oil’! We had our annual Family Circle in Ivy House which was so much fun! We can’t forget our incredible Spotlight show Tick, Tick…Boom! or the Term 1 Ensemble Showcase which both showed the incredible talent within the society!

For one last special night the Gladdyators return to host MTW’s very own awards night!! Come and join us in the Bowling Green pub in Leamington at 7pm for what is going to be a night full of celebration and reminiscing!! So get excited everyone - nominations will be out tomorrow…

There is an optional formal dress code but come in whatever you fancy wearing!
