WIDS x WICID are excited to launch our 3rd Edition if the International Observer with the theme of Climate Change and International Development!🌱

In this edition our International Observer Editing Team present a collage of perspectives on anything and everything relating to the issue of climate change by engaging with politicians, academics, activists and students from a variety of backgrounds. 🌱

If you’re interested please read the election details below:

- Open from 12pm Sunday April 24 to 12pm Sun May 1
- Submit photo of yourself and manifesto to our Google Forms - https://forms.gle/KazvPefirqmYSM46A
- Any member can run, no matter how recently you’ve joined
- Can stand for multiple positions
- One person cannot hold more than one core exec committee position (President, Vice-President, Treasurer)
- Prepare a 1 minute speech for the WIDS online election meeting on Monday May 2nd at 1pm (or send in a short paragraph to be shown if you cannot attend)

Exection rules:
- Make sure you have a WIDS membership
- nominations are open from 24th April - Sunday 1st May 12pm
- submit a photo of yourself and manifesto to our WIDS Elections Google Forms (link in bio)
- any member can run, no matter how recently you’ve joined
