Warwick Volunteers enables students from University of Warwick to take part in community volunteering

Warwick Volunteers provides opportunities for students at the University to volunteer in a variety of roles, within the local community. We have a range of different projects - some require a regular commitment, whereas others are flexible and allow you to give as much time as you are able to. If you wish to advertise a volunteering opportunity on our page, please email us: [email protected]

Warwick Volunteers is beyond proud to announce that we have received the King’s Award for Voluntary Service.

The award is the highest accolade possible for a UK voluntary group and, as the MBE of volunteering, is in recognition of the massive impact that University of Warwick student volunteers have had on the local community.

Student volunteering is at the heart of everything we do and we are delighted that the energy and enthusiasm that so many students put into helping others has been recognised in this way.

Equally, the work of Warwick Volunteers would be impossible without the time and dedication of the many local community groups, charities and individual members of the public who volunteer their time in support of our projects and who work so hard behind the scenes to make sure that student volunteers can focus on their activities.

We are deeply grateful to West Midlands Lieutenancy and everyone involved in our nomination. Thank you!

We had a fantastic morning with Canley Chit Chat visiting campus today. First stop was the lake to do landscape sketches. Then a visit to and where they got to see the quilt they helped to make with Julia O'Connell. Followed by a delicious meal and shopping at the market.

"Thank you to Warwick Volunteers for arranging for us to have a morning at Warwick University. Everyone really enjoyed it. What an amazing place on our doorstep!' Anna-Marie (Canley Community Centre manager)

Well done Evie and Nursyaheedah our student leaders for organising a great event.
