We will be running a stall in the FAB agora (ground floor), along with a poetry and collage making workshop with our creative coordinators in the afternoon. Feel free to drop in and get creative!! 🫶

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday, hope you all had an amazing time!!🍾🥳

We’re celebrating the end of exam season with our ‘Picnic, Paint, Poetry’ event at the Royal Pump Room Gardens in Leamington 🌷🍾🎨

Join us at the bandstand from 5-7pm on Wednesday 24th May (week 5), with drinks at Old Library afterwards!!

You will need a notebook, pen and any drinks you’d like for the event; we will provide snacks, picnic food and paint supplies!! 🥳🫶

You may also want to bring a blanket to sit on!!

Come along for our handover circle on
Wednesday 3rd (Week 2) for the final circle with our 22/23 and 23/24 social secs‼️🥲

We want to see you dressed up as your most dynamic duos, celebrity trios or iconic groups.👯‍♀️‼️

We will begin in the copper rooms at 7pm and you will need a circling ticket to join us. Make sure to signup using the google form in our linktree so we have an idea of numbers!!

At one of the most stressful times of the year, join us for "meditate and create", a unique welfare event, on Tuesday 2nd may at 4pm in FAB 5.03 for a welfare check-in, followed by a guided meditation and then a creative free thinking and journalism activity in a supportive and low-stress environment

Once Upon a Time… in a land not so far away ✨🧚 LitSoc is bringing a fairytale to life with our summer ball on Friday 19th of May! 👑💌🪩

Join us at The House and Orangery in Leamington for an enchanting night with a three course meal, wine, and great music to dance to until the clock chimes twelve! Get ready to live out your fairy tale dreams! 💫🦋

Tickets are £50 for members and £60 for non-members. All are welcome! Our ball starts at 7:15pm and ends at midnight. Coach pick up and drop off at the campus interchange can be booked at an extra cost. More information and specific details are available on the SU website! (Iink in our linktree)

It’s an amazing night of creativity and talent where everybody is welcome no matter your degree background or year group! You can even come along to listen!

Elections are coming up!! They will be taking place at 6.30pm on Friday 10th March in S0.11. Make sure to fill in the google form for nominations by Tuesday 7th March. Come along to run or vote & support all the applicants!!! 🗳✨

Attendance is mandatory - if you definitely cannot attend you’ll need to send your speech by Thursday 9th so she can read it out. Voting will be via a google form & *only* members can tune into elections via teams and vote live using the link.

We’ll be starting in Tbar at 6.30pm so make sure to be there on time with a red t-shirt (or a white one & bring a red pen)!! We will then be making our way around cov before getting queue jump tickets & drinks from ivy house to end the night in kasbah! 🕺🥳

There’s no pressure to drink alcohol or come out after but be prepared for a night exposing the good, the bad and the ugly!!! 👀😬

This is always such an amazing experience and exciting event! 💫

*CREATIVE WORKSHOP*
We are so excited to be collaborating with for a Creative Workshop on Friday (10th Feb) at 5:00-7:00pm!!! 📝💫

The event is a laid back creative writing space, where we'll be giving different prompts to spark inspiration!! It's a chance to get inspired, get some new ideas, and help with writer's block!
It's also a good way to write about things you may have never written about and we’ll be sharing thoughts and ideas throughout‼️✨

Whether you’re a seasoned writer or want to try writing for the first time, this is guaranteed to be an amazing workshop, so come along! We will be in the social sciences building (SO.18), we hope to see you there!

We are so excited to be collaborating with for a Litsoc x Mathsoc Pub Golf on Thursday 2nd February at 6:00pm!!! ⛳️🍻

We will meet freshers at 6pm in Tbar and then get the bus to the Bandstand in Leamington! Anyone else will meet us at the Bandstand at 7pm! We will then all head to different pubs in groups 🥳✨
