What makes school important to our children? π
In this video, pupils at Frederick Bird share their own thoughts on why being in school every day matters to them. From learning new things and building confidence to spending time with friends and taking part in exciting opportunities, their voices say it best. π
A lovely reminder of how much children gain from being part of school life every day.

Our Year 6 Owl and Wren classes enjoyed a fantastic trip to Warwick University last week as a reward for their brilliant attendance! π
During the visit, the children immersed themselves in one of two exciting workshops:
πΊ Street dance with Coventry based Ascension Dance
π€ Rap and hip hop with Devon Glover, a New York performance artist
Each workshop drew inspiration from Macbeth, bringing the text to life in creative and engaging ways. The day concluded with a special performance, where the children proudly showcased everything they had worked on to one another.
