Our mission is grounded in the belief that access to nutritious food and education is a fundamental right, not a privilege.
Urban Goodies CIC is a dynamic community initiative established in 2021, dedicated to alleviating food poverty, providing nutritious meals, and addressing socio-economic disadvantages within Coventry. We are committed to achieving zero waste from our donated food and actively work towards this goal through various programs including cookery classes and affordable ready meals. Our holistic approach ensures that fresh, nutritious food reaches everyone who needs it.

We were inundated with requests for food in July.
So much so that we will be devoting every Thursday from now on to our £5 bag.
Food poverty is a real issue in our city so any donations would be gladly appreciated.

We speak to our members every day through our private page, and one thing we always try to protect is their dignity and choice. Everyone deserves access to products that help them feel cared for, especially during difficult times.
