Urban Goodies CIC

This Christmas we have delivered food to over 200 people.

Given out 26 adult presents, 117 toys for children, 35 selection boxes and 500 chocolate coins.

None of this would have been possible without the support of Clare Allington-Dixon Carlton Dixon Jane, The Hagard, Marks and Spencer Lidl GB Heart of England Community Foundation Neighbourly Hubbub & all our wonderful members.

In 2025 we will be opening up a new slot for delivery on a Wednesday, if you know anyone who would like to take part in our bespoke deliveries please share :)

Ready meals will be returning in late January 2025 so keep your eye on our page; every penny you spend helps support those in our community struggling to afford, travel and access nutritious meals.

Happy New Year to all our amazing followers, next year marks our 9th year doing what we love best :)

Many thanks to Lidl GB customers & Dunelm Coventry for their donations of toys for our members.

This year we are delivering Christmas Hampers alongside *fingers crossed* lots of extra goodies, so we hope the roads are trouble free, and we can get home before Christmas Day :)

We have a 2025 campaign running for those of your asking about donations, every penny will support our members and allow us to buy in food in the new year to supplement the deliveries.

Many thanks to all our supporters, funders and all of you who have shared what we do, we are a very small team but make a huge impact on the lives of those we support. If you know of anyone struggling in the New Year please ask them to join the 'Club' - we do not means test and are open to all.

Our ready meals will be returning in 2025, so please keep an eye out on the page.

The Christmas Elves would like to applaud the generosity of Belgrade Theatre, Coventry - 12 of our members are off to the Pantomime this evening, what is, for the some of them, the first time they have been to one.
Our great friends The Amethyst Centre for another donation of goodies for our members, ensuring that everyone has a present on Christmas Day.
Lidl GB for collecting and organising toys & Dunelm Coventry | Community Support for the same and the absolutely wonderful gifts that have flooded in from customers from both stores.
