Happy Left Handers Day
Who else is a fellow leftie??? 👍🏻
We are asked when will my child show their dominant side. It can be as early as 9/10 months but children can pick and choose until they are 5 or 6! So it’s always good to offer them their; toy, cutlery, clothes etc… in both hands! You maybe be surprised which hand they choose.

Tuff trays or tuff spots are fantastic way to offer play in a different way for children.
This type of play helps encourage children to turn take or share the resources in the tray, they are introduced to a variety of materials, textures and most importantly experiences.
One thing is guaranteed, within 5 minutes this tray does not look the same, and this is a good thing.
It means the children have explored, they have touched, smelt, played with and processing what they are playing with.
Here are a few we have done over the past few weeks indoors or outdoors.
