DANCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY
Dancing is generally seen as a form of entertainment. However, modern medicine has discovered therapeutic effect of music and movement on the human psyche. For some illnesses, choreography is one of the methods that assist in healing.
Dance therapy CHOREOTERAPY causes micro movements of the body, on a daily basis, loosens one muscle groups and tightens others. These exactly, typical for dancing only, shaking muscles cause an increase in the flexibility of the spine.
Through dance, we deepen our body's awareness, find psychophysical balance, helps mobilize and learn to relax during increasing stressogenic situations. In addition to having a positive impact on the human psyche, dancing also improves the immune system, shapes the figure: it improves posture, has a relaxing effect on muscles, joints and relaxes.
