This means you can stop by in person, call us or email us for any reason and we won't judge you or tell you what to do. Nightline is a confidential and non-advisory student-run listening service. We are calling on anyone who would like to volunteer with us by taking calls and IM chats. Our training will improve your active listening and empathetic communication skills. You will be trained to take shifts so to ensure that other university students are listened to. We would love to hear from you if you are an empathetic and attentive individual interested in volunteering with us.
Sign ups will close by the end of tomorrow (19/1), and interviews will be held online from 23/1-25/1. The training weekend will be on 28/1-29/1 in person on campus.
Unfortunately we will not be accepting applications from finalists.
