And here in the land of Ohio during the year of 1995, one of the rarest types of geeks walked the earth.

It was time to say goodbye to our November 2023 graduates today! We know that you have given your all over your time with us at Coventry University and we are incredibly proud of you and the work you have produced to get to where you are today. Coventry student wins Midlands Media Studentās Award: Rima Ayoubi who is about to graduate from the MA Global Journalism and Public Relations course at Coventry University won the award in the Broadcast Television category for her film āEndless Darkness,ā about the hidden secrets in Syrian prisons. The judges said it was a powerful, harrowing and impressive fact-finding production.
The awards, sponsored by Amazon Services UK Ltd, were held in Birmingham on 8 November and co-hosted by ITV News presenter Lewis Warner and Amber Sandhu from BBC Radio Asian Network.
MA Automotive Journalism studentĀ Tayte FordhamĀ was also one of three Highly Commended nominees in the same category that had 14 nominations from seven universities.
