As part of our flexible approach to teacher training we:
✅ Award trainees with qualified teacher status (QTS).
✅ Source placements that are within a reasonable distance from home.
✅ Provide a personalised and adaptable training programme based on your experience and development including agile/flexible working for some SCITT training sessions.
✅ Provide dedicated subject and phase mentors and facilitators.
✅ Provide high quality pastoral care to support trainee well being.
✅ Support trainees with qualified mental health certified staff that can provide well being support.
✅ Make considerations and adaptations throughout the training year for individual workload.
✅ Support trainees in applying for jobs and gaining employment.
