We're very excited to present our 'Meet the expert: Haili Hughes' event 🥼, at Finham Park school on Monday 17th June 2024.

We recently hosted our 'Primary KS3 Transition Experience Day', where our Primary PGCE trainee's get an insight 💡 into the transition arrangements for students as they begin in Year 7.

Feedback 📜 is so important to us so we can improve for next time 📈, and we're really thankful that our trainee's feel comfortable to share their thoughts.

Yesterday, we held our PGCE teacher's final 'Alliance Day' of the year; all of which focus on differing key aspects of teaching pedagogy 👩‍🏫. We utilise the knowledge and expertise our alliance holds to support our trainee's development and give them a forum to share and discuss. 📝

Yesterday, we welcomed 28 Primary and Secondary PGCE Teachers to Finham Park to explore theory and practical strategies on behaviour and classroom transition.

Here you can see our PGCE Teachers modelling 1 form of transitioning into a classroom by acting this out.

We're pleased to work with University of Warwick and Covwarks Tshub to help deliver the Intensive Training and Practice (ITaP) week.

Join us as we explore 'Teaching WALKTHRU's - The Next Level' with educational expert Tom Sherrington. 👨‍🏫🏫
We're looking forward to an engaging talk, developing on last years session and delving into the Teaching WALKTHRUs and instructional coaching model in much more detail.
