Last Rockfit class in Cov tonight!!! For a little while.. Very sad to be saying goodbye for now as I'm heading to 🇨🇦 next week. Sweaty selfieeee netball court addition 😏🤘 It was a blast doing Rockfit outside tonight! Despite the heat bouncing off the tarmac as well as shining down on us 🥵🤣 the only thing that burned was the calories baby 💪🔥 Extra fun when a bug flew into my throat too buuuuuuut 😂 super proud of everyone thanks for being awesome as always 🤘🖤

Damn that was a hot one 🥵 like even your knees are sweating kind of hot. The floor was not cold enough to collapse onto but we tried 😆 Awesome effort tonight 🤘🔥 Fun bringing back a bit of Black Velvet at the end too!! 🎵

I am sooo sorry to have to cancel Rockfit tonight. The Hall have just emailed me to let me know there's a maintenance issue, a big leak in one of the pipes so they've had to close off the area ☹ Should definitely be sorted by next week though! 🤘

Endorphins are flowing, bodies are aching (in a great way!) and unlike many a night out which included the same songs on tonight's playlist, not a hangover in sight 😌

1) I've been informed there's gonna be an event on tonight at King Henry's so parking might be limited, if you have to you can use the alternative Spencer Road car park and walk down to the Sports Hall (map pictured second here)

THIS IS DEDICATION 🤘💪 The weather outside is FRIGHTFUL ☃️ but getting a sweat on to some heavy tunes is so delightful 🎶😌. What an amazing effort tonight from these incredible people it was a bloody tough one!! 🥵 They braved the snow and gave it their all 🙌 I am proud, my legs are burnt out 🥴 and I love it! 🔥
