LBA Coventry Nursery Ltd
Teaching children to dream more, learn more, care more and Be more! Learning should always be adventurous and full of fun and magic.
After all, we learn more by trying and stretching our abilities and not by being instructed. Creating a meaningful connection between the love of the outdoor environment and the love for our planet is our commitment to teaching children to care more for each other and the world around them.

At LBA, we believe that care begins with us 💛
When babies are surrounded by warmth, kindness, and gentle role modelling, they begin to mirror it in the most beautiful ways — even the youngest children show love, affection, and care towards their friends.
These early moments matter. They are the foundation of empathy, relationships, and emotional development.

At LBA, we never stand still — always seeking thoughtful, high-quality approaches that enhance each child’s experience in our care.
Watch this space as we begin implementing our latest approaches to teaching ✨
Always growing. Always improving.

🚦 Learning About Directions & Road Safety 🚦
This week the children have been learning about left and right, stop and go, and how to follow directions through fun games and outdoor play.
We also talked about road safety — stopping at the curb, looking both ways, and staying safe near roads.
Building awareness, confidence and important life skills every day! 👏✨

Our role as educators is to observe, support, and extend learning — not control it. We provide rich environments, thoughtful resources, and gentle guidance to build on each child’s interests and next steps.
Every child is unique — and their learning journey should be too.

Leading Their Own Learning — The Montessori Approach at LBA Coventry Nursery 💙
We support children to become confident, independent learners by encouraging self-led exploration — a key principle of Montessori practice.
Instead of directing every step:
Children choose their own activities and work at their own pace, they develop:
✔️ Strong concentration
✔️ Problem-solving skills
✔️ Independence
✔️ Self-confidence
✔️ A love of learning

I never expected that leaving primary school teaching to move into HR and employment law would eventually lead me to opening my own nursery. Funny how paths work out 🥹
From day one, I didn’t want to build “just a business” — I wanted to create a place where children feel at home.
I’m really proud of our team — especially the teachers who give their time and heart not only to the children every day, but also to charity events like this. It means a lot to see that kind of commitment.
Feeling grateful that I get to do work that genuinely matters to me.

Some people say we’re a small nursery. Some say we’re cute.
But what we really are is big-hearted children’s place 💛
Today reminded us exactly why we do what we do. From us to you — thank you for all the love, the smiles, and the beautiful hearts we received from our amazing children.
We’re also incredibly proud to have sponsored and supported such a meaningful charity event. Teaching kindness, generosity, and community starts early, and our children showed just how big their hearts truly are.
Thank you to our families for your support and to everyone involved in making today so special. Together, even a small nursery can make a big difference 💖
This is the event we will remember 💙💙💙
