After over 11 years of Exhall Grange School Chair of Governors, Fiona Toye has 'retired'. We want to thank her for her incredible support, great ideas, boundless energy and laughter she has brought to our school . The pupils and staff loved her regular visits. We wish her well and know she will not slow down but will have more family time! We welcome Mrs Nikki Hamilton as Chair and Mrs Sarah Collins as Vice. We are in good hands!

🌟What an incredible academic year it's been here at Exhall! Filled with lots of wonderful educational enrichments, sporting adventures, inspirational speakers and plenty of hard work along the way!
We are immensely proud of each and every one of our pupils/students and their achievements.
Thank you to our fantastic parents, carers and staff for your ongoing support and dedication which help our school continue to sparkle!

On Wednesday the VI Club, we had a little party to celebrate the end of another school year and to say goodbye to our lovely Mrs Stokes, who is leaving to become a teacher.
We would like to wish her lots of luck in her new role – she will be amazing!
We were also kindly treated by one of our pupils, who brought in some delicious treats to share with everyone.
It was a lovely way to celebrate the end of the year together. 🎉🎓💖

On Monday 13th July, year 9 pupils had a taste of what it is like to work in a fancy Physics laboratory at the University of Warwick. As part of their workshop session, they saw how Chladni plates are used to visualise sound waves and how an artificial tornado can be created. They also became "ultrasound detectives", using transducers to find invisible holes and defects in solid objects.

Year 8 enjoyed an unforgettable visit to the Harry Potter Studio Tour last week, where they explored the magical world of wizardry. From wandering through iconic film sets to discovering behind the scenes secrets, the day was filled with excitement, exploration and magical memories. Of course, many pupils also enjoyed trying the famous Butterbeer! Throughout the trip, our pupils behaved impeccably and were a real credit to Exhall Grange. Well done, Year 8!

Last Thursday, Post 16 had alternative timetabled lessons. One was Floristry with Mrs Mayer. They had a visitor to help them arrange flowers from Joe Millidge a past pupil of Exhall Grange, who now owns his own Florist shop called Fossil & Bloom in Nuneaton. The students & Joe had a great morning, and they produced some lovely arrangements to take home. Not sure why some are share file and some images.

During work experience week students worked in Cafe Grange preparing lunches and serving Staff every day, they have gained a wealth of experience in a busy Cafe environment to support them in the future.
They then had a challenge of Ready Steady Cook, to prepare Afternoon Tea in groups independently with a bag of unknown ingredients they stepped up to the challenge well.
