Fixed rates look set to increase over the coming weeks as swap rates continue to go up due to market volatility…..this is yet to be reflected in fixed rates currently on the market.
Good news for borrowers, as Inflation fell by more than expected in September. This paves the way for the Bank of England to start cutting rates more aggressively in the coming months.
