An exterior completed today in tilehill Coventry

All pebbledash needed cleaning of moss and then had several coats of weathershield brilliant white

Above the windows and below all needed prepping and went in white and black including the lead flashing

All ready now to have windows sprayed 😍
I’ll update photos once done

I’ve already started taking bookings for 2027 🫪 as this year has very little availability

Little bit of upsetting one this is 😔

An 85 year old couple are currently being evicted from there previous property after living there for 35 years 😢

After losing his brother aged 86 they found out he left them the house in his will and now we are completing all rooms before they move in to there new home

This is one of several rooms that we are completing

Woodchip stripped 🫪😅 walls were horrendous
Woodwork needed replacing, ceiling water damaged 😱

But all completed now, ceiling brilliant white

Woodwork primed and in satinwood

All walls prepped sealed and repapered in a lovely green paste the wall paper

New carpets going down and all furniture is being replaced

Spring time is so beautiful 🪻🌷🌼🪷

After a gruelling week of working I’m Spending the day in my garden doing nothing but resting and enjoying the peace & quiet
just as Sundays were always intended to be 🙌🏻

This was a grueler today, especially when the sun thought it would be good to attack us 😂 ☀️

The condition was very poor and now all beautiful and new again 🤩

All stone work fully prepped sanded filled and completed in textured brilliant white masonry

Wooden supports went from white to black

Another big job completed and moving on to the next
