Today I wanted to share the before, too.
Some days are hard.
Today was one of those days, and I honestly wasn't sure I had it in me to deliver a class! 😪
But I showed up. And pushed forward.
An hour later, I was laughing, smiling and feeling so much lighter.
These amazing women somehow always know when someone needs a little extra support, and I'm so grateful for every single one of them! ❤️🔥
This is just intended to serve as a little reminder that we're all human. We all have tough days. And sometimes the hardest part is simply walking through the door.
I might lead this class, but I need these Wednesday nights just as much as anyone else. ❤️
