Over 15lbs down for the man

Marc had been training for a few years on and off prior to coming onboard for online coaching. From following a standard “bro split,” I looked to completely transform this so that we were hitting all muscle groups at least twice per week, with higher volume placed around the upper body.

We also implemented a structured meal plan as Marc’s knowledge around nutrition was lacking, this looked to not only educate him and improve his knowledge around nutrition, but to also ensure that he was having good structure to his meals, whilst catering to the goal at hand.

Marc checked in with me every week and I could see we were getting better and better, both visually and also from a mindset perspective. Marc came to me initially with very poor sleeping habits but we have done a full circle on this to the point where sleep is the best it’s ever been, which has only allowed us to make more progress in this fat loss phase. Training has also improved massively from regular form feedback and also by jumping into 1-1 sessions, and overall I can truly see Marc’s confidence growing.

Marc has a pretty hectic life working two jobs so we’ve had to adjust things accordingly, however he has still been able to execute everything I asked and the hard work has paid off.

Sounds cliche but it all comes down to how bad do you want it.

First ever push up phase complete with

An absolutely flawless phase and one that I am incredibly proud of. Over 40 weeks of gradually pushing up food, BW and performance.

The goal here was to have Kaitlyn in a gaining phase for as long as we physically could before heading into a small pull back, and it’s fair to say we’ve achieved just that.

Initially we got Kaitlyn out of the gutter of overtraining / under eating for a long period of time. We then very gradually pushed food up with our main drivers being training performance / body weight / visuals. We had a good few weeks holding bodyweight just to ensure that we didn’t destroy her appetite too early on. What we’ve learned is that Kaitlyn needs a lot of food in order to gain weight 😂

As a result were able to finish this push up phase with food incredibly high and output pretty low. This has given us plenty of room to manoeuvre over the coming weeks as we head into a short fat loss phase, main focus here is to get appetite into a better spot (as I know it’s been in the gutter for a while) 😂

Even looking at the first ever training clips she sent and comparing them to now honestly puts such a huge smile on my face. An immense amount of growth not just physically but also within herself, and in the gym. Kaitlyn is frickin strong and her intensity in the gym has improved tenfold.

An absolutely incredible first phase for us and
I know the future is so bright. Kaitlyn is absolutely relentless and so determined, her passion and love for this game shows in her work and I’m grateful to be here on the journey.
