🚗 VOLUNTEER DRIVER NEEDED – THURSDAY MORNINGS 💚

POSITION NOW FILLED💚💛💚
THANKYOU TO EVERYONE WHO OFFERED THEIR TIME AND HELP
💚💛💚💛💚

Could you help Cotgrave Community Kitchen by collecting our allocated surplus food from Aldi in Bingham every Thursday at around 9am?

We need someone with their own car to bring it to the Futures Building, Candleby Lane, Cotgrave, NG12 3JG, arriving around 9:15–9:30am, ready for our Thursday social supermarket.

📦 Aldi staff help load the crates into your car, and our volunteers will be ready to help unload at our end.
Your role would simply be transporting the food to us!

It’s a regular weekly commitment that would make a real difference, helping us rescue surplus food and support our community. 🌻

If you can help, please send us a message.
Please share this post to help us find a driver.
Thank you! 💚

CAN YOU LEND A HAND ON WEDNESDAY MORNINGS? 🌻

Cotgrave Community Kitchen needs helpers on Wednesdays, 9:30–11:30am, to help put away our weekly FareShare food delivery, kindly collected and brought to us by the Rotary Club.

We need help to:
📦 Unload food crates from the cars
🛒 Move supplies by trolley to our storage container
🥦 Unpack and put food away in our fridges, freezers and on shelves

This is an active role involving lifting and carrying crates, so you’ll need to be comfortable with these tasks.

You’ll be joining a friendly team and helping get food ready for our community social supermarket.
It’s also a great opportunity for a young person looking to gain experience, build confidence and add something worthwhile to their CV.

💚 This is an unpaid volunteering role, and your time would make a real difference.

Interested, or know someone who might be? Please message us to find out more—and share this post to help us spread the word!💚💛💚
