*Important Kindergarten update*

You may have noticed that we haven't shared much with you lately. Unfortunately we are not able to operate due to our solar electric infrastructure needing reinstalling.
This enables us to provide heat, light and refrigeration at our wonderful off grid setting.
As a result we have had to temporarily close which could have been permanent had we not received a generous donation which enables us to get the work done in the next couple of weeks.
We will be doing some fund raising in due course as we feel it is so important for settings like ours to exist; where children get to truly immerse themselves in nature and the rhythm of the seasons; where children have time to develop their imagination and will in a secure setting; and where where children experience awe and wonder in their beautiful surroundings.

We will keep you updated.

Due to unforseen circumstances there will be no stay and play session at The Phoenix Kindergarten tomorrow.

Given the weather warnings in place we have taken the decision not to run the Stay and Play session tomorrow. Stay safe everyone and we'll see you next week!

We'll be doing some activities to look after the birds at stay and play this week. (Friday, 10.30am till 12.30pm)

It will be an outdoors session so please dress for the weather. Hot drinks and a hot snack will be provided.

I'm aware that there are some severe weather warnings for the end of the week. I'm hoping that we can still go ahead, but please check back here before setting off on Friday. I'll post an update

Unfortunately, there will be no stay and play session this Friday, 10th Jan. We are having some essential maintenance work done on site that day.

Seasonal crafts, hot snack and plenty of opportunity for free play indoors and outside. Wrap up warm and bring slippers if possible.

We looked at animal tracks in the snow and made our own snow flakes.
