CONFESSION: I adore a good sceptic with a telescope. 😄

A (self-styled) astronomer commented on one of my client’s posts on LinkedIn last week. She was raving on about how brilliant her recent Life Map reading was with me.

He posted in reply:
“We Pisceans don’t believe in astrology but I have heard that if Saturn was in Cetus and the Moon was in Orion, you will die a horrible death after you make your 4,000th post on LinkedIn.”

Now… the annoying thing is: this particular piece of astronomy has teeth.

Saturn really does appear in front of the constellation Cetus (the Whale/Sea-Monster) for part of 2026, and it’s right there for Saturn’s opposition on 4 Oct 2026 (aka: peak visibility, up all night, shining smugly as the Sun shines full in his face).

(Though today it’s technically all going on in Aries, constellation-wise…)

And the Moon in Orion? Not the usual zodiac path… but the Moon’s orbit is tilted, so it can stray close to Orion from time to time. Not at his moment in time however.

So. The astrological translation (tongue firmly in cheek) is thus:
Saturn = the cosmic Head Teacher.
Cetus = the Sea Monster.

So yes: between late 2026 and beyond, you might feel like life is issuing… demands for homework on obscure topics delivered under deep water.

But as for the 4,000th LinkedIn post?

If Saturn is keeping score, I suspect the punishment is far worse than death on LinkedIn:
…a mandatory webinar on “leveraging synergy within the marketing bandwidth” with no mute button, maybe?

Fog, Feelings and Forward Motion

If recent life has felt like trying to think through soup, the week improves dramatically from Thursday. Something rather fabulous is happening in the sky this week.

First comes the New Moon in Pisces 🌙 Which means heightened intuition, really odd dreams, emotional overthinking, inspired thoughts at seriously inconvenient moments, and the sudden urge to believe life might actually work properly again in a minute...

Then, less than twenty-four hours later, we hit the Spring Equinox 🌱 That ancient moment when day and night call a truce, the seasons shift, and nature quietly reminds us that new beginnings are not just motivational quotes, they are built into the machinery of our lives.

And then, just to make sure nobody misses the point, Mercury finally goes direct ✨

Which may explain why recent weeks have felt like:
*sending texts that make no sense (sometimes to the wrong person)
*having conversations that go nowhere and then come back again to bite you on the bum
*forgetting why you walked into a room every single time…
*wondering whether everyone around you has actually lost the plot.

The mental fog begins to swirl and thin.

Things that have felt suspended in mid-air start moving. What has been confusingly vague begins, at last, to show its outline.

Quietly first.
Then unmistakably.

For dreamers, lovers, overthinkers, moon-bathers, and anyone currently standing at life’s slightly wobbly crossroads - this week matters. A lot.

"How do you re-write the stars?" - The Greatest Showman

The planet Uranus changed direction yesterday afternoon around teatime - a brilliant point in time to press the restart button you've been thinking about doing for the past 5 months. That's how long the planet of change has been travelling backwards and holding you in a state of indecision.

All the disruption, wrecked plans and confusion of the past 5 months are now able to be resolved. Time to make those changes, to stride out of the chaos, to plot your direction.

To re-write the stars.

In this month of All Hallows’ spare a thought for times gone by when I would definitely have been in this position… strong women instigating change were not always thought well of…

“Each year they parade her about, The traditional Halloween witch. Misshapen green face, stringy scraps of hair, A toothless mouth beneath her disfigured nose. Gnarled knobby fingers twisted into a claw protracting form. A bent and twisted torso that lurches about on wobbly legs.

Most think this is abject image to be the creation of a prejudiced mind or merely a Halloween caricature, I disagree, I believe this to be how witches were really seen.

Consider that most witches were women, were abducted in the night and smuggled into dungeons or prisons under secrecy of darkness and presented by the light of day as a confessed witch.

Few, if any saw a frightened normal looking woman being dragged into a secret room filled with instruments of torture, to be questioned until she confessed to anything that was suggested to her, and to give names or say whatever would stop the questions.

Crowds saw the aberration denounced to the world as a self-proclaimed witch. As the witch was paraded through the town, in route to be burned, hanged, drowned, stoned, or disposed of in various, horrible ways, all created to free and save her soul from her depraved body.

The jeering crowds viewed the result of hours of torture. The face, bruised and broken by countless blows, bore a hue of sickly green. The once warm and loving smile gone, replaced by a grimace of broken teeth, and torn gums that leer beneath a battered disfigured nose.

The disheveled hair conceals bleeding gaps of torn scalp from whence cruel hands had torn away the lovely tresses. Broken, twisted hands clutched the wagon for support. Fractured fingers locked like cropping claws to steady her broken body.

All semblance of humanity gone. This was truly a demon, a bride of Satan, a witch.

I revere this Halloween Witch and hold her sacred. I honor her courage and listen to her warnings of the dark side of humanity.

Each year I shed tears of respect.”

Never has there been such a moment of the collective consciousness holding its breath, bracing itself for the massive changes afoot. Globally and personally - no one will be able to dodge this tsunami of change.

As a strong G3-class geomagnetic storm hits the planet ahead of the Aries New Moon tomorrow, this consistently amplifying level of solar and planetary intensity can make you feel flattened physically and emotionally. Some days you’ll wonder if this will ever end. The unlayering. The emotional or physical trauma. The rawness. The soul deep exhaustion.

Like it or not, the turbulence is ongoing. Currently:

• the clustering of planets in Aquarius, Pisces and Aries between the magnetic poles of the South and North Nodes of Fate is bringing an entire hen house of karmic chickens home to roost

• the great wave of dissolution that is the once in 166 years Jupiter/Neptune merger in Pisces is only 13 days away

• the first ripples from the Ta**us Solar Eclipse on April 30th are already switching off an old life, defragging you, uprooting you and nudging you to a new level of your personal evolution or unfolding

Many of us were born highly sensitive/empathic and have always deeply felt humanity’s emotional energies. For the sake of your sanity and health you’ve had to learn how to not be run-over, derailed or broken by other people’s lower frequencies just because you can feel them.

Neutrality allows you to be in any situation and not be swayed into taking sides, judgment, or entanglement with lesser agendas. No matter how flattened, ragged, bereft, raw, heartbroken or exhausted you feel, your very presence makes a difference. You are needed to stabilise and anchor these profoundly extreme times and shifts.

These are the unavoidable Separation of Timeline pains as What Was disappears forever and What Is emerges in a totally different way, space, level and location:

put your own highest interests first - you have to save your own life before you can save anyone else

tend to your own ecology and turbo boost your immune system - sleep, hydration, diet, space, calm and nature bathing

create your unique combination of sanity tools - growth practices, journaling, reading, meditating, writing, gardening, online learning, teaching, coaching .... the list is endless

engage with this moment by consuming less and relating more

create sanctuary for yourself and be sanctuary for others

have more meaningful conversations and deeper heart connection

refuse to indulge in inner gaslighting and hold on to a big picture sense of perspective and proportion

learn the wisdom of no escape from the tests of faith, the crises of meaning and the jagged cracks in the illusion of permanence, as your defences and security systems crumble

resist trying to hold things together and allow them to fall apart to find the great opportunity in this crisis

get a taste of your vastness, your resilience and resourcefulness

This is a level of expansion your heart has never felt, your mind has never considered, and your body has never experienced.
