As we come to the end of another fantastic school year, we'd like to say a huge thank you to all our children, families and staff for your continued support and hard work.

We hope you all have a wonderful, safe and relaxing summer break. Good luck to those moving on to new adventures — we'll miss you! We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the new school year.

Transition day tomorrow 📚🎒

Children will go to their CURRENT classrooms in the morning to be registered with their current teacher.
Children will be collected from their NEW classrooms at the end of the day.

A huge thank you to all the parents, families and supporters who came along to Sports Day today and helped make it such a fantastic event 🌟

From the obstacle races and sack races to the parent races and even the teacher races, it was a day full of fun, laughter and amazing energy from everyone involved.

A very special shoutout to Miss Evitts for all of her hard work in organising such a brilliant event too — thank you for making the day run so smoothly and creating such a memorable experience for everyone 👏

With the forecast hot weather this week 🌞, pupils are welcome to wear their official school PE kit instead of their main school uniform. Clothing with logos other than the Rockingham School logo are not permitted and Year 6 pupils may continue to wear their leavers' T-shirts if they wish.

Smart grey or black school uniform shorts and red-and-white gingham dresses are also permitted.

In addition, we will be selling frozen ice poles at breaktime for 50p each should pupils wish to purchase one ❄️🍭

The fruit preparation is well under way in readiness for our whole school Walk to School event tomorrow 🚶‍♀️🍎🍌🍐🍊

Just a reminder that we will be taking part in Walk to School Week this week and will be hosting our whole school walk on Wednesday 20th May 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
