I am an enthusiastic, passionate and friendly tutor of all things English! I like to engage my students and support them through an enjoyable, positive, learning experience. I am keen to motivate my students and give each one the self belief required to achieve their goal. However, my teaching experience spans across a range of different environments, including a mosque, a public school, language
and state schools. Additionally, I've completed safeguarding training in full, as well as being DBS checked and subscribed to the update services. I recognise that no two students are the same, and therefore I make a tailor made plan of work for each student-mindful of any limitations/expectations or individual differences, including SEN categories, such as 'dyslexia' or 'autism' for example. I have had a consistently high pass rate year on year - and I never cease to be amazed at what can be achieved by students who may present as really low level initially, or even those who are already high achieving, but have been pushed a little harder to further improve grades.
