I am based in the North East of England, but can also do skype tutoring.

Just had my wonderful student Ailish in for her weekly tutoring session and she’s gone up an entire level in English Language!

Couldn’t possibly be prouder of her and her constant efforts! We’ve been working together for around 4 months and she’s an absolute ray of sunshine in our lessons.

Hello everyone!

My name is Hannah Brown and I'm a fully qualified English teacher. I have an English degree from The University of Surrey and a PGCE from Newcastle University.

I specialise in both Literature and Language and I teach KS3, KS4, KS5, GCSE, AS Level and A Level.

As well as classroom-style tuition, I am available to read with children who want to get through their school issued texts or just improve their reading skills. I can also help with homework and proof reading of completed essays.

I also hold an up-to-date Extended DBS (police check in order to work with children).

I'm available to travel to you or we can work at my home. I have a flexible schedule and I can plan our lessons to suit what you need that week.
