Today we had a trip down to SWEATBOX FITNESS STUDIO Combat Base Dewsbury to attend a seminar with the absolute legend Tommy Lilleskog Langaker

What a privilege to be able to learn from such a high level athlete!

Fab day out at another this time at mata leão Brazilian jiu jitsu

Super proud of Amy Staveley and Elliot Staveley for stepping on the mats

We are seeing big improvements each time they both compete! It's hard for someone who competes to get past focusing on losses and beat themselves up about it but there is always a win in there for them no matter what the result!

A couple of our women went to North East Jiu Jitsu this afternoon for the amazing womens open mat hosted by

It's so lovely to have a chance to get together and train with lots of other women 🥰 the vibes on the mat are always amazing

Looking forward to the next one already, hopefully we can all go next time!

Due to the extreme temperatures we have made the decision to cancel Kids class today

Apologies for the short notice but the safety of our students is our number one priority and we cannot risk allowing the kids to train in this heat

Awesome trip out to in Newcastle today

Always super proud of everyone for stepping on the competition mats!!

Had two students with silver and one unfortunately had to pull out after injuring his arm in his first match. He wanted to continue but it's not worth risking making an injury worse by continuing. Hop he has a speedy recovery!
