I am getting in touch today to say firstly of all Thank you.

Thank you for all of your support, if you have been only once or to practically every single class I have held.

Unfortunately due to changes in my personal life I can not commit to holding any further classes in the near future. I mean, never say never? But for now I will not be organising any future classes.

Thanks again for the laughs and for keeping me going through times you may of been unaware of?

Fitness and bringing fun into it has been a life changing experience for my self over the last couple of years and thanks so much for being part of this journey with me.

Keep dancing and going strong all of you, and keep smiling! Remember it tricks the brain into thinking your having fun!! 😉 Even when your thighs are on fire!!

So sorry guys, I will have to cancel tonight’s class due to me walking up this morning with shin splints.

I am so sorry, but I have tried to walk about at work this morning and I’m struggling to walk.

So so sorry guys, I feel really bad as I know I’ve not been about much this month.
