Tonight's class students started with kihon (basics) practicing the art of drawing and cutting. Students then worked in pairs performing tsumemokuroku (cut and hold techniques)
Great effort by all!
The importance of kihon is to build a good foundation, this is important in all martial form's.
Fear the warrior who trains one move a thousand times over the warrior who trains a thousand moves once!
