NewUin42 2026 Spring/Summer Bootcamp
Mon 30th March - Sun 17th May
Cost only £66!
We are looking for local men & ladies of all ages/abilities who are committed to keeping consistency in their training and nutrition, and those who want to see positive changes in their functional strength, movement capabilities and body fat levels over these upcoming weeks. Regardless of age or ability if you’re willing to put the hard yards we can help you achieve your goals!
Get into shape faster with 3 dedicated small group sessions every week included in this package with progressive programming accross the 6 weeks to ensure you’re ready for summer!
Why The Training Room? We always deliver and ensure a consistent and safe approach, helping you with structure with your training and programming. We ensure you’re dialled in with correct form and technique…all with a fun approach and a ‘bit of craic’ along the way! 👀
In addition you will also have full gym access every day with the option of additional strength related, core and mobility workouts to follow throughout, at a time that fits in with your busy schedule!
We will also have a dedicated nutrition group for plans and daily tips running for all.
Attend 3 GROUP SESSIONS on a weekly basis with class bookings taken each weekend for the week ahead.

Big News @ The Training Room
As some of you may know we’ve been making serious improvements at The Training Room over the last few months with new gym kit, automated lighting inside as well as a new door entry/access system giving you flexibility in your training times! ⏰
We are super excited to announce the further addition of some top of the range strength and conditioning equipment bringing massive improvements to our gym facilities and your individual/group training needs! 💪
Can’t wait to see the finished space! Most of this kit has already been fitted within the gym with the remainder arriving on Wednesday & Thursday this week. Just in time for you to spring into action with us! 🏋🏼♀️

We have a few surprises coming your way! 👀
After recent developments including installation of new lighting, our door access system and exterior signage our facility is about to see even more improvements over the coming week!
Whisper it quietly 🤫 as we look to further improve your group and personal training experience by adding to our existing range of equipment.
Our recent ‘extension’ has created a great space that we will look to utilise fully. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days!

A full body functional strength and conditioning session which caters perfectly for mixed abilities with various modifications and progressions included! Simply put….helps you move better, get stronger and importantly reduce the likelihood of injuries!

If ever there was a little snippet that displays the consistency and hard work from our 6am morning group then this is it. Taken on New Years Eve after pushing through the festive season!
They may not blow their own trumpet that much 👀 but the majority of this crew have pushed through every cold morning, smashed all those Bank Holidays at Easter, in May and July etc when others generally take a few days or a week off, showing a great level of discipline throughout the entire year!
A great man once simply said to me “in good places hard work pays off!”
So this is me….far from great but simply tippin’ my hat to you all and saying well done to all for your hard work and keep it going in 2026!
