💙 Struggling with the cost of school uniform? Help is available in Colne.💙

With the new school year just around the corner, we know that the cost of school uniforms can put a real strain on family budgets.

If you’re a parent or carer in Colne and need help with school uniform, please don’t struggle in silence. The Pendle In and Out of School Clothes Project has a stall at Colne Market Hall, where families can access free second-hand school uniform.👕👔🎒

There are lots of families who are finding things difficult at the moment, and there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. The project is there to make sure children have the uniform they need without putting extra financial pressure on parents.

👉 If your child needs school uniform, pop along to the stall and see what is available.

💙 And if your children have uniform they’ve grown out of and no longer need, consider donating it so another local child can benefit.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team for visiting us with their amazing guide dog and teaching us about the important role guide dogs play in supporting people with sight loss.
