Fighters mentality 🥊

57 years old, Mark Fitzpatrick came to the gym 12 months ago, with zero fitness in him, he came and watched a supreme event and fancied giving it a go, we shared a video of him having a go on this hill and he could barley move up it, since then he’s trained 3 times a week, week in week out, he trains with all the active fighters and says It’s the best thing he’s ever done ✅
