Well, Year 11 students of 2025... What a day! From January mocks of grade 3 to a 7 that smashed it out of the park today, grades that meant acceptance in the Royal Navy, the joy of super grades from someone who just needed someone to believe in them to succeed, enrollment to become a teacher and share his amazing personality with lucky future students, resits that have brought relief and ensured that next step along the road... it's been emotional! I am so proud of each and every one of my amazing 2025 gang. You worked so hard, you gave so much and you made me smile daily. Thank you for having me on your journey, you've been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to the updates! 💕

Well lovely followers, it is lovely to finally have some time to pop in and say hi. With 65 students this last year, my time has been precious and I've been super focussed on ensuring exceptional progress with happy students. As this year's GCSE English and Maths has drawn to a close, I thought it would be nice to show some of the wonderful messages, gifts and cards of appreciation I have received... Literally, I've been so overwhelmed with your feedback and the support I have received as we have taken your children on this journey together. It's been an amazing academic year, filled with insurmountable laughter and absolute positivity in progress! I was delighted to hear from each and every student after each of their exams, so excited as what we had practiced showed up... their confidence and absolute certainty that they had nailed it was awesome!
I must thank all my students for brightening each and every day with their dedication and drive. I am blessed by their positivity and hard work. Each one truly deserves the success they will achieve.
My diary has filled quickly from my waiting list but I do have some spaces that I have currently not released. If you would like tuition for the next academic year please feel free to contact me for a chat.
Finally, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your abundance of recommendations on recent posts looking for a tutor. It warms my heart to know that so many of you are so happy to recommend me so enthusiastically. It makes such a difference to my small business and, again, I thank you very much.

What a wonderful day!! Genuinely think I have the most amazing job in the world!! This year's GCSE students have absolutely smashed their results and I couldn't be more proud of them all! All seven of them have blown me away this year with their attitude, dedication, good spirit and laughs. This has shone through in their amazing results, they've shattered their targets and are set now for a wonderful onward journey.

I need you to know, I want to explain,
I have a very different brain.
Sights, sounds, and thoughts collide.
What to do first? I can't decide.
Please understand I'm not to blame,
I just can't process things the same.
Take my hand and walk with me,
Let me show you about ADHD.
I try to behave, I want to be good,
But I sometimes forget to do as I should.
Walk with me and wear my shoes,
You'll see its not the way I'd choose.
I do know what I'm supposed to do,
But my brain is slow getting the message through.
Take my hand and talk with me,
I want to tell you about ADHD.
I rarely think before I talk,
I often run when I should walk.
It's hard to get my school work done,
My thoughts are outside having fun.
I never know just where to start,
I think with my feelings and see with my heart.
Take my hand and stand by me,
I need you to know about ADHD.
It's hard to explain but I want you to know,
I can't help letting my feelings show.
Sometimes I'm angry, jealous, or sad.
I feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and mad.
I can't concentrate and I lose all my stuff.
I try really hard but it's never enough.

We need to know more about ADHD.
I worry a lot about getting things wrong,
Everything I do takes twice as long.
Everyday is exhausting for me...
Looking through the fog of ADHD.
I'm often so misunderstood,
I would change in a heartbeat if I could.

I want you to know there is more to me.
I'm not defined by it, you see.
I'm sensitive, kind and lots of fun.
I'm blamed for things I haven't done.
