We would like to wish all of our wonderful outgoing P7 pupils the very best as they begin an exciting new chapter at their post primary schools this week.

We are very proud of everything they achieved during their time at Millburn and know they will continue to shine and embrace every opportunity that comes their way.

⚽️🏆 SUPER CUP 2026 🏆⚽️

Best wishes to the County Londonderry teams as they kick off their Super Cup NI campaign on Monday against English giants Tottenham Hotspur FC and Southampton FC.

This year’s Premier squad has extremely strong Millburn PS connections, with our very own Mr McClean serving as assistant manager and past pupil Blayne Macauley - who Mr McClean once taught 😅 - working as team physio.

Wishing all players and staff the very best of luck for what promises to be a fantastic week of football. Enjoy every minute!

We are so proud of our Year 6 pupil, Maxi, who came up with the wonderful idea to hold a charity fundraising match for Cancer Fund for Children after sadly losing his Granda to cancer back in November. He raised an outstanding £1079.61!

🍔🥞Thank You to Brunch It & Top Darts!🎯

Next up for a massive Millburn thank you is Brunch It, TOP DARTS Coleraine and their wonderful staff. On Friday morning, our P7 pupils spent a couple of hours on their very last day of primary school enjoying a delicious meal, plenty of laughs, and a few games of darts and pool. It was such a special, relaxed and fun way to mark the end of their time here at Millburn PS.

A heartfelt thank you to Ciera, Stevie and the whole team who treated our pupils and staff so well. Their kindness, warmth and generosity helped make the morning truly memorable. What a brilliant place and what fantastic people.

Team Millburn is incredibly grateful. ♥️💛

👔 THANK YOU, MAN 1984 👔

Our P7 leavers received a lovely surprise yesterday when each of them was presented with their brand new school tie - a special keepsake as they prepare for their next big step.

We would like to extend our thanks to Man1984 for generously purchasing these ties for our wonderful pupils. This thoughtful and extremely kind gesture means so much to our children and their families and it perfectly reflects the kindness and community spirit that surrounds Millburn Primary School.

Although these fantastic kids will be wearing new uniforms and new colours come September, they will always be Millburn kids. Their story started here and we cannot wait to hear all about the success, confidence and character they carry forward into their next chapter.

♥️💛 THANK YOU! ♥️💛

A huge thank you to Chequers for very kindly providing the food for our P7 pupils to enjoy at their Final Fling on Thursday evening. The food was absolutely amazing - and judging by the empty plates, our wonderful pupils certainly agreed as they tucked in under the sunshine.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Clement Dealey, a fantastic supporter of our school, who once again came along to capture the evening. His photos were top class, as always, and we are so grateful for the time and care he gives to our pupils and our school community.

Thank you both for helping make the Final Fling a truly special occasion. ♥️💛
