Tonight I’m in another village, bringing the energy, connection and hope! 💛

🌿 Week 1 of our 6-week LK Well-being and Empowerment Programme 🌿
Kindly funded by Apex Housing Association — thank you for supporting this wonderful opportunity. 🙏💫

What a beautiful evening! 🥰
People showed up, connected, inspired one another, shared their stories and found the courage to stand up and share their voices. 🗣️❤️

We explored positive goals and started creating our very own Vision Story Boards — putting dreams, hopes and aspirations into something we can see, believe in and work towards! ✨🎯🌈

There was laughter, encouragement, honesty, connection and SO much positive energy in the room! 💕🙌

This is what LK Well-being & Empowerment is all about — bringing people together, creating connection, building confidence and reminding each other that there is always hope. 🌟

💜 And just like that… our 6-week Armoy Well-being & Empowerment Programme has come to an end! 😪✨

What an incredible 6 weeks it has been! 🌟

Delivered by Lynn Kane LK Well-being and Empowerment , this fully funded programme, supported by Apex Housing Association, brought together 28 amazing participants from Armoy and the surrounding areas, ranging from 55 to 100 years young! 🥰🙌

This video captures just a little of what I do and, more importantly, the positive impact that connection, positivity, laughter, encouragement and empowerment can have on people of all ages. 💕😊

Over the past 6 weeks we have shared:
✨ Laughter
✨ New experiences
✨ Friendship & connection
✨ Confidence building
✨ Positive conversations
✨ Well-being activities
✨ Plenty of smiles! 😁💜

It has been an absolute privilege to work with such a wonderful group. Watching people come together, try new things, support one another and leave each session with a smile is exactly why I love what I do. 🌈❤️

A huge THANK YOU to every single participant for your enthusiasm, openness and positivity. You made the programme what it was! 👏🥰

And a special thank you to APEX Housing Association for fully funding this fantastic opportunity and investing in the well-being and empowerment of the local community. 💜🏡

Age is just a number — you’re never too old to learn, laugh, connect, grow and have fun! 🌟

🎨 DID SOMEONE SAY… DECOUPAGE?! 🎨😂

The Over 55 Club, Armoy got creative this week, with 26 fabulous participants, aged from 55 to 93 years young! 🌟

Guided by Lynn Kane from LK Well-being & Empowerment, everyone got stuck into the wonderfully therapeutic world of decoupage. ✂️🖌️✨

This art form takes patience, skill, imagination… and perhaps a little bit of glue in places it shouldn’t be! 😄

Who knew a humble jar destined for the blue bin could be transformed into something so beautiful? ♻️➡️🏺💐

It was fantastic to see creativity, laughter and plenty of conversation flowing throughout the session. 💕 Art therapy isn’t just about creating something beautiful — it’s about well-being, connection, confidence and having fun along the way. 🌈🧠❤️

A huge well done to all 26 participants for embracing the challenge and turning “just an old jar” into a little work of art! 👏🎨

✨💗 EMPOWERING WOMEN IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY! 💗✨

What a fantastic evening in Dervock 🌸🙌

Tonight was all about empowering women, building confidence and promoting self-care 💆‍♀️✨

We had the opportunity to learn about the amazing benefits of skincare 🧴✨ and Indian Head Massage 💆‍♀️🌿 — taking time to focus on our wellbeing, relaxation and feeling good from the inside out! 💖

A massive thank you to Elite Connected Ballymoney for supporting and creating opportunities like this within our local community. 🌟👏

And a very special thank you to our wonderful Facilitator & Lecturer, Lynn Kane from LK Well-being and Empowerment, for sharing her knowledge, skills and passion with us. 🌿💫

It’s so important that women have opportunities to learn, grow, connect and invest in themselves. 💕✨
