Thank you to all our parents who made a donation for the food bank. We have wrapped a whopping 230 parcels!

Coleford Christmas Lights Banner 2025 is BACK!!!!!! PLEASE SHARE

Due to the outstanding response we have recieved in recent years for the fundraising banner that we put on the railings around the Clock Tower, we are going to do the same again this year.

Thanks to everyone who has supported with this in previous years, it would be great to get some new additional sponsors in 2025.

We will put up the banner ahead of the switch on event on 29th November and will leave it is place until we take all the lights back down in January 2026. Plenty of time for the local community to see your logo on the banner and know you have supported us to help light up Coleford over the festive period.

The money raised pays for several things, not just new lights, although we do try to introduce new lights where we can. It helps with the cost of electricity to keep the lights on, insurance and infrastructure as well.

The cost of displaying your logo on the banner is just £50 and is great advertising as well as supporting your local community.

If you would like to support this year’s banner, please email us at [email protected] with your company logo (ideally a high-resolution image so it looks good on the banner when blown up in size), and we will invoice you for £50.

We would obviously like to ensure the banner is designed, printed, and put in place ahead of switch on, so if you could let us know asap if you can support us this year it would be much appreciated. The deadline for confirmation that you would like your logo on the banner, providing a logo and payment is the 17th November, but the earlier the better!

JOB VACANCY:
Due to our Nursery expanding, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a relevant level 3 qualification to join our friendly team.
This is a part time position for 3 days per week for 16-18 hours.
Ideally candidates should have:
*Experience working in a child care setting.
*A paediatric first aid certificate.
*Some knowledge of the EYFS and the ability to form good relationships with both children and parents.
*A positive and friendly attitude.
*High-level verbal and written communication skills.
*Knowledge and experience working in a busy nursery environment.
Employment will be subject to an enhance DBS check and suitable references obtained
