Birch class made some cupcakes for snack. We weighed, measured, mixed and poured. We watched the mixture change consistency as we added different ingredients. 🧁

🌿 Sycamore Class enjoying our beautiful woodland surroundings! 🌳

We love providing a variety of activities outdoors, from playdough to cooking pizzas! 🍕🎨 Being close to nature helps children regulate, concentrate and use their imagination while learning through play.

We love seeing our children learn play and grow with nature right on our doorstep! 💚

She did it!!!!

Josie completed the 100 mile run with time to spare on Saturday. She is a machine. She ran the last 40 miles with a huge blister on the ball of her foot. Incredible woman. 💪

Thank you sooooo much Josie for supporting Greenwoods Nursery at English Bicknor so we can develop our garden.

Her go fund me page is still open if you would like to donate and raffle tickets are available at English Bicknor if you want a chance to win a local prize.

🌳 Sycamore Class 🌳

We’ve had a busy and exciting time! 🍕🎨🌿

The children enjoyed making pizza faces outdoors, creating with play dough and natural resources, and exploring The Colour Monster while talking about our feelings and emotions. 💛🌈

Lots of fun, creativity and learning! 😊

🌈 What a lovely start to Sycamore Class! 🌈

We’ve been busy getting to know each other and exploring our ‘All About Me’ topic. 🥰

Our friend The Colour Monster has been helping us to talk about our feelings and recognise different colours. 🎨💛💙💚❤️ It’s been a lovely way for the children, especially our new starters, to share how they are feeling as they settle into their new class and make new friends. 🫶

We’ve also been enjoying lots of fun learning outdoors! 🌳🍂 The children have loved bark painting, flour play and making playdough, getting messy, creative and exploring different textures along the way! 🎨👐

It’s been wonderful to see the children becoming more confident, curious and settled each day. We’re looking forward to lots more fun, learning and adventures together in Sycamore Class! 🌟💚

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Sycamore & Maple Classes event! 💙

It was wonderful to see so many families join us, and we were delighted to have a special visit from the Bluey mascot, which brought lots of smiles to everyone.

The event was a huge success, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing staff. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and the many hours spent organising and planning every detail to make the day so special.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a memorable event. We hope you all had a fantastic time! 🌟
