π A Wonderful Celebration for Our Class of 2026 π
What a truly wonderful afternoon celebrating our amazing Greenwoods Nursery Class of 2026! π
Our graduation ceremony was a special opportunity to reflect on the incredible journey our children have been on. Many of our leavers have been with us since they were babies, and it has been a privilege to watch them grow into the kind, confident, and independent young people they are today.
We are so proud of every single one of you and all that you have achieved. Although it is always sad to say goodbye, we know you are more than ready for your next adventure at school.
A huge thank you to all of our families for trusting us to be part of your children's early years. It has been an honour to support them during such an important stage of their lives. Thank you also to our wonderful staff team, whose dedication, care and encouragement have helped each child flourish.
Good luck, Class of 2026 β we'll miss you all! πβ¨

πΏ A wonderful new chapter is beginning in our Forest School garden area! πΏ
After lots of hard work, weβre delighted to unveil this fantastic new outdoor learning space. With two dedicated classroom areas, it will give our children the chance to explore nature, animals, and the world around them through hands-on discovery.
A huge thank you to Jonny Russell and Wayne Smith for their generous donation of logs for our log circle. Your kindness has helped create a special place where our children can gather, learn, and make lasting memories.
We canβt wait to see the children exploring this beautiful new environment, building confidence, developing practical skills, and growing a lifelong love of the natural world.
We know it will inspire many adventures, discoveries, and unforgettable moments for years to come! #π±ππ

ππ Pine Class Visit to the Library ππ
Pine Class had a wonderful trip to the local library, travelling there by bus and enjoying a new experience within the community.
Using public transport helps children develop confidence, independence, and an understanding of the world around them. They practised listening skills, following instructions, road safety awareness, and learnt about different ways people travel.
At the library, the children explored a wide range of books, listened to stories, and enjoyed choosing books that interested them. Visits like these help to foster a love of reading, develop early literacy skills, and encourage children's imagination and curiosity.
We are so proud of how well the children represented Greenwoods Nursery and embraced this exciting learning opportunity! ππ
