- Night ride planning and preparation

- Lighting and visibility considerations

- Navigation in darkness

- Group management and communication

- Risk assessment and dynamic decision-making

- Emergency considerations at night

- Maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for your riders

▶️ JUMPS & DROPS – PART 1 ◀️

Ready to get your wheels off the ground? 🚀🚵

Friday 16th Nov: 3 Spaces Left

Our Jumps & Drops – Part 1 session is designed to take the mystery out of getting airborne and give you the technique and confidence to tackle bigger trail features safely.

No “just send it” coaching here! 😬

Everything is broken down into manageable progressions, giving you time to understand the technique, practise it and build confidence before moving on.

During the 3-hour session we’ll work on:

🌊 Pumping the trail – generating speed and flow
⚡ Advanced weight shift – including dynamic manuals and rear wheel lifts
🔥 Advanced cornering – more speed, control and confidence
⬇️ Drop-offs above hub height – approach, commitment and landing
🚀 Tabletop jumps – developing air awareness and controlled landings

This is the next step for riders who are already comfortable with intermediate MTB skills and want to progress onto more technical trail features.

📍 Forest of Dean Cycle Centre
⏰ 9:30am – 12:30pm
👥 Maximum 6 riders
💷 £75 per rider
