We are excited to invite parents and carers to meet with us and view our wonderful school!

New road safety signs have been installed outside three local primary schools - Berry Hill Primary, Tutshill C of E Primary, and English Bicknor C of E Primary School to help improve safety during school drop-off and pick-up times 🚗.

The signs are part of a road safety initiative funded by the Forest of Dean Community Safety Partnership and are designed to discourage parking near school entrances and on pavements, helping to keep pupils and their families safe 🏃‍♀️.

At Berry Hill Primary School (pictured), the idea was put forward by PCSO Tom Oliver from Forest of Dean Neighbourhood Policing team, who serves the Coleford area.

Teachers and parents are already seeing a difference - cars are parking more responsibly, and the colourful road safety characters are proving to be a big hit with the children!

The PTFA team are very busy behind the scenes planning for our final events before the summer holidays! Look out for a few announcements over the next week.

First up SPORTS DAY- TUES 10TH JUNE.

The PTFA will be running a stall selling refreshments and sweet cones, a teddy tombola and book stall. Please share the poster below.

*Stalls will be cash payment only*

Children will receive a letter this week requesting donations of pre-loved teddies and books. If you have any items to donate, please drop them off at the school office.
