This week In class I was able to award star student for July!

Well done to Joey who worked hard last month, putting in lots more effort and power into everything. He had good attendance which has helped him improve. Keep up the good work.

Where has that time gone?

This time four years ago, coleford Tae kwon-do was created. It has been amazing seeing everyone progress in Tae Kwon-do and in themselves.

I wonder where everyone will be this time next year. 🥋🥋

No classes tonight 28/7 or Saturday 1/8. Classes resume as normal on Tuesday 4/8

Last night I was able to award last month's student of the month. Lily hasn't been training with us long but has worked really hard and has put in extra sessions at Monmouth, Usk and Abergavenny Tae Kwon-Do too. Keep up the good work lilly.

This Saturday we will be joining Monmouth, Usk and Abergavenny Tae Kwon-Do in raising money for Alzheimer's Society in a kick-a-thon. The juniors will be doing 1000 kicks and the seniors will be doing 2000 kicks. I would like to wish everyone all the best and enjoy it. At the club we have started a "Student of the Month" award. For May, Rupert was chosen to receive the certificate as he hadn't missed a lesson and worked hard at all the tasks and exercises.

I have some amazing news.

Two weeks ago Noah and Elliott travelled to Daventry to participate in the black belt grading. They did very well and have both been promoted to 1st Dan black belts!!! 🥳🥋

This is fantastic news and I couldn't be prouder of them for all the work and effort they have put in week after week. It has been a special occasion for me and us as a club as they are our very first black belts. Well done both and keep up the good work.
