If anyone knows how to get the weekend started, it's our Poppets!

Poppets introduce children aged 4-6 to the magic of the performing arts through joyful, imaginative classes that blend singing, dancing, acting, and creative play.

Our 90-minute performing arts classes are bursting with energy, storytelling, and hands-on fun. Each session is designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and lay the foundation for lifelong creative expression.

We run Poppets lessons on Fridays, from 4.30-6.00pm, and on Saturday mornings, from 10.15-11.45am. There are a few spaces left in our Saturday morning group, so if you would like your child to build confidence, learn to express themselves, and explore the world around them, get in touch or head to our website to book a full free session!

Sending love to all of our members who will be writing the next chapter of their lives in higher education!

They grow up so fast - it doesn't feel like five minutes since you lot were in Green group! - but I'm so proud that so many of you will be continuing to develop your passion for arts, dance, drama, and film making at University. For those of you who are going off to study subjects that I'm not even clever enough to spell, I hope that you remember the confidence and communication skills that you developed in your time at as you navigate moving away, making new friends, and independence. Bon voyage!

A special shout out to former Academy mentors Emily - who is embarking on the second year of her degree - and Isla, who will be studying film. Isla, I have no doubt that we will soon be seeing your name in credits on the silver screen...
..and that's because we will be holding our first cinema screening in forever at on Saturday 21st November! More information about this exciting event will be sent out to members next week.

Some members of our community have been attending for over a decade. They remember when their Principal had hair… But why do they return week after week, year after year?

Former member and current Academy mentor, Kayleigh, explains why our Academy is so important to her. It’s very humbling and a true source of pride that to the team and I that we have created such a strong community spirit at our Academy 💛🖤

🗓 In exactly 365 days, our time will recreate this picture with a whole cast of excited performers from our Saturday AM Academy!

🎉 Don't panic - it's not just our Saturday AM group who will be performing in London next year - our Friday and Saturday PM groups will also be taking part in Lights, Camera, Zapped in 2027. How exciting!

🎟️ September is a great time to join , as our focus is building a strong sense of community, developing skills across our three modules, and growing members' confidence before we jump into rehearsals for the West End project. What happens to our members when they turn 18?

Well, some of them join the team!

Introducing Erin - as if she needs an introduction! A member of our PM Academy for nearly a decade, Erin performed in two West End shows, was part of our award winning film "Echoes of Silence", and is one of the few remaining people at who remembers what I looked like with hair!

We're proud that Erin, who'a passion for performing arts is infectious, will continue her journey with - she will be a fantastic role model for our younger members!

🎭 The countdown is on!

There is just one week until our Autumn term begins and we cannot wait to welcome back our members, get to know those who will be joining our Academy, and begin exploring our next exciting project...

In 2027, all our Main Academy groups will be performing in the latest West End project - Lights, Camera, Zapped - so September is a great time to book a free session so that your child can experience our core modules and integrate with our community before rehearsals begin.

Although I can't wait to see our members back on a stage performing with the same confidence as our members in these snaps of , we're not focused on the final performance, and our Academy sessions help members to valuable skills for life in an environment in which they can explore their creativity and be themselves. If that sounds like the kind of place that your child would enjoy, get in touch for more information or to book a full free session.
