Just a quick message to the parents of the children that are going to school next September the application website is now open today for you to apply to you chosen schools. This open up until the 15th of January 2022

We have started to sort it all out between both settings and will start to hand it out this week and next

Good morning everyone and happy Monday!

This is a message to both our Tiptree and Feering settings.

We are looking forward to seeing the term time children back this week :)

Just a few quick reminders:

This week we will be raising money for children in need by wear our pjs through out the week and donating money.

We still have our pudsey and blush ears for sale to wear this week as well.

Lastly please don't forget our Salvation Army Christmas collection and ask if you can to please donate to this it is such a great cause.

Morning everyone,

We are starting to collect for our Salvation Army Christmas food and toy donations. We have spoken directly to one of the organisers at the Salvation Army and they are really short of both food and gifts this year so we asking, if you can donate anything for families in need this year please do so.

All donations will be greatly received!

This is across both our Tiptree and Feering settings.

The children have been creating some beautiful hand print items this week

We have a few spare baubles, plates, mugs and photo frames if anyone would still like their child/ren to take part we are running it until the end of the week before they are collected to be written on, glazed and fired

Morning everyone we have the poetry painters in next week these products make perfect Christmas gifts! If you havent yet already done so please confirm with a member of staff if you would like your child to take part and if so what you would like them to do, alternatively please comment on this post below as we need to ensure the products are here for your child to do next week. This is not compulsory but we are just trying something different this year 😊 xx

The Tiddly Peeps have being paying close attention to detail as they explore the knitted hand-warmers this morning, places their hands inside to explore the hidden objects and textures 🔍

The Little Peeps enjoyed collecting leaves in the garden, which were used for a hidden object activities. They showed satisfaction as they explored the crunch of each leaf 🍁

The Big Peeps have been getting creative and they explore the shapes of leaves, printing different types with paint then describing what they can see amongst themselves and with Melissa 🍂

The Big Peeps enjoyed exploring a sinking and floating activity in the garden today, finding objects independently to compare in the water tray ⛵️

The Little Peeps have enjoyed using their senses to explore a variety of interests in the Sensory Room, including the lights, mirrors and glitter bottles 🪞

The Tiddly Peeps showed satisfaction while exploring the “5 Little Monkey” song board together, moving the monkeys around as they listened and danced to the song 🐒

The Big Peeps enjoyed taste-testing today for snack, trying a variety of fruits, vegetables and textures, cooked and uncooked. We enjoyed describing the flavours and what foods they enjoy at home 🏠

The Little Peeps have enjoyed using their imaginations in the home corner, while taking care of the teddies and baby dolls, making them food then helping to feed them 👶

The Tiddly Peeps have enjoyed using their senses to explore a multi-sensory farm, moving the animals and tractor around the different environmental props and materials 🐐

We have all been busy creating some artwork today based on autumn. The Tiddly Peeps have enjoyed using leaves and paint to make prints. The Little Peeps have used corks to create an autumnal tree and the Big Peeps have been pine cone rolling 👩‍🎨

The Tiddly Peeps have been feeling imaginative in the home corner today, taking on a variety of roles, feeding the teddies, cooking with the ingredients bottles and becoming a shop keeper 👨‍🍳

The Little Peeps have been using the song ‘Tiny Tim’ to explore a water activity, showing can-do attitudes as they moved the turtle around the physical prompts to the song 🐢

The Big Peeps have been exploring numeracy, looking at written numbers then counting the pine cones to match the number written down, maintaining focus’ to match all the number from 0 to 10 🔢

The Big Peeps have been comparing the weights of different autumnal objects today, observing which direction the scale moves in to see which one is lighter/heavier 🍊

The Little Peeps have been uncovering hidden sensorial objects amongst the sand, practising their paintbrush control as they see what they can discover 🖌

The Tiddly Peeps have been using their senses to explore different materials and textures through exploration of the sensory mittens 🧤
