aching workshops are built around what YOUR needs are. They focus on resetting thought processes & beliefs, and understanding how to ensure the right attitude towards learning is developed. The workshops are a mix of practical activities, group work, paired work and summary worksheets, all aimed at empowering students to switch on their metacognitive skills. They are encouraged to be their best, to inspire them to be accepting of themselves and to be mindful and respect others & themselves. With recent studies and qualifications in Child Behaviour and NLP underpinning the mode of delivery, all workshop options encourage new ways of thinking, and are soundly based in the most dominant theories. I am an experienced Ofsted rated grade 1 teacher who KNOWS how to get the message across, I am effective, ‘unembarrassable’ and happy to answer any question. Quotes from last 3 grade 1 observations:
