Kuk Sool Won Colchester

Due to emergency closure of the Highwoods Sports Centre, there is no training session today. We will see you all on Friday.

Remember - 10 minutes of practice every day is a whole extra training session per week.

REMINDER: We will be holding an archery session this Sunday, 05 July, 10:00 - 12:00.

This special session is available to all students. Our instructors will be teaching traditional Korean archery techniques included in K*k Sool Won.

The session will be on the sports centre field, not in our usual hall. The cost of the session is £10 per student.

We hope to see you all there. Please bring adequate water and sunscreen. Full uniform is encouraged, and please wear closed-toed shoes. There will be a full safety briefing at the start of the session which students are required to attend.

Please notify Master Orville in advance if you intend to join us.

REMINDER: Tonight is a grading for all students. Anyone who has not provided a grading form yet should speak to the instructors before testing.

Anybody not testing is welcome to join in.

It's set to hit 30 degrees this afternoon, so please remember to bring sufficient water. Students are expected to arrive in full uniform, which should include a plain black or K*k Sool Won t-shirt underneath.

WE ARE BACK! Normal classes resume this evening.

REMINDER: There is no class today. Our instructors are attending the European Championships and testing in Norwich. Many of our students are participating in black belt testing and competition today and tomorrow, so please join us in wishing them all good luck!

REMINDER: We will be joining K*k Sool Won of Ipswich TODAY for their annual seminar. Let us know if you would like to attend this special training session, taught by K*k Sool Masters from across the UK and overseas. The session starts at 6pm and is suitable for all students.

Classes will not run on Friday 29 May. Our instructors will be attending the European Championship and testing in Norwich, along with many of our students. We look forward to seeing you all in Ipswich, Norwich, or when normal classes resume in Colchester on Monday 01 June.
